5 Predictions for the Rest of The Vampire Diaries Season 4
Season 4 of The Vampire Diaries has been fantastic so far (much better than past seasons) and it’s sure to get even better… when it returns January 17, 2013! The show is on its winter break and won’t be back for ages! So to tide us over let’s have a little round of predictions. A list of five things we think will happen in the rest of Season 4. Here’s my list…
1
. Elena Becomes Single
With Damon sort of kind of breaking the sire bond, chances are things won’t work out with him and Elena. There is too much uncertainty when it comes to her true feelings. As for Stefan, well, now that he knows Elena slept with Damon I seriously doubt he will be able to look at her the same now. Plus he can’t accept her the way she is.
2. Klaus Goes Bad… again
Klaus was doing so well, but then everyone had to go and mess it up. If they had just become his friend, then all would be well, but no, they had to betray him yet again. So I am thinking he is going to go all crazy and homicidal.
3. Rebekah and April
Since April unstaked her and because they were already sorta friends before, I am thinking April and Rebekah will be big time bffs. I think April is the first friend poor Rebekah has ever had and that she doesn’t want to lose that. I am imagining they will both be scheming together.
4. No Cure
The show loves throwing in twists and I think this season’s twist is that there isn’t a real cure. It would be too simple. Plus, how will the show move forward if Elena goes back to being human, back to the old ways? So my theory is that the cure isn’t what we think it is, that it won’t cure Elena of her vampirism. If I am wrong though, and it does cure her, I bet she will die right after or something insane. Like I said, the show loves twists.
5. Hayley Dies
This is more a wish than a prediction. I hated her from the start and I just want her to die. Here’s hoping someone kills her off.
What are your predictions for the rest of Season 4?
- Moonlight
These are all great predictions, I also wouldn’t be unhappy if Hayley didn’t last long this season. But the prediction I am most intrigued by is the search for this “cure.” A coworker at DISH and I have been debating it for awhile now, and realized how similar to the “moonstone” issue it seems. We think that if the cure does turn out to be real, there will be some dire consequence for trying to use it. The wait to find out has been so hard thus far; I have been trying to cope by re-watching the first half of the season on my DISH Hopper. The 2,000 hours of recording space have been amazing with my busy schedule; I never risk missing an episode of my shows. The first half of the season seemed like it was laying the foundation for something big in the second half. I can’t wait to find out what that is; though I have a feeling the cure will play an integral role in whatever happens.
I’m sorry, I used to love The Vampire Diaries, but now I feel it’s getting stale. Vampires should be scary and badass. And what’s up with Klaus now, he was so Evil now he’s turning into Damon.
