Is Nina Dobrev Willing to Break Her ‘Vampire Diaries’ Contract Just to Get Away from Ian Somerhalder?

We’ve covered in detail Nina Dobrev’s desire to land a solid movie franchise and use that as a launchpad for a solid film career.

The answer to that, people, is “probably not” . Because even though we believe, along with everyone else who has any common sense, –that everything isn’t that great with Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, –we also know, that she wouldn’t be that stupid. The reason behind her willingness to depart is probably less Ian Somerhalder and more the opportunity to be in films.

The thing is, not all movies are good, and the show is good: things have been a little shaky as time goes on, and there probably aren’t a lot of renewals in the show’s future, but it is steady work. The decision to take off is definitely appealing, but don’t do it Nina! Later on, it could turn out to be the shittiest thing you ever did! Hindsight is 20/20, always. Do you guys think if Nina got a good enough offer, she’d abandon the show -and- her contract?
