No Vampire Sex For True Blood’s Jason

MTV recently did an interview with the gorgeous Ryan Kwanten, who we know better as True Blood’s Jason Stackhouse, and during the interview the topic of sex came up. Of course. Considering the fact that Jason is shirtless in nearly every episode and having sex in practically every other episode I can see why the interviewer would ask about his sex life, makes sense.

The lady questioning Ryan asked him why he seems to be the only one in Bon Temps not sexin’ a vampire. Because when you think about it, his sister has more than her share of hot vamp scenes, his best friend has slept with a baby vampire and his friend Tara has even done the deed with an undead monster. Then there’s Jason, the only one in his group that isn’t sharing a bed with a vampire.

After the interviewer pointed this out, Ryan replied by saying that Jason's no stranger to vampire sex. "He's slept with someone who had sex with a vampire," he said, referencing Jason's relationships with fangbangers Dawn Green and Maudette Pickens. "And he's seen someone have sex with a vampire." Mentioning the creepy vampire sex tape. But why has Jason never slept with a vampire himself?

"He's probably still, as ridiculous as it sounds—he's the moral compass of 'True Blood,'" Ryan explained. "He's sort of our view in. He's one of the few, sort of, humans around."

Can we expect Ryan to have sex with a vampire in the next season of True Blood? Ryan didn’t answer when asked, but not because he has been sworn to secrecy, but because he has yet to see the script for season 4 (even though filming begins in a month). "I could make up something," he teased, "but anything I could make up would pale in comparison to what eventuates."

What do you guys think? Will Jason ever have sex with a vampire? Do you even want him to? I mean, he does have that romance going with the lady shapeshifter and he seems to be maturing quite a bit, so I can’t see him screwing it up by cheating on Crystal with a vamp. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
