A Hail Mary for Quinlan

I’m disappointed that there haven’t been more signatures on the petition I created for change.org, asking that Quinlan from THE STRAIN be given his own spinoff series. We are only five signatures away from a hundred, the magic number at which the petition will be bequeathed, somehow, widespread publicizing. After that, the numbers should start ratcheting upwards. If you haven’t signed it yet, then, get on that. And get your friends to sign it, too. Every signature counts.

Sure, some of you might be thinking, “But they killed him off.” To that I ask, did you see a body? And remember, Quinlan escaped from exactly that sort of a predicament as depicted in the series finale of THE STRAIN–trapped underground with an exploding nuke–last season! There’s no creative reason at all that he couldn’t have survived. And even if the events depicted in that finale WERE the end for him, the guy was (is) 2000 years old. There’s a LOT of stories that could be told, set in the past. STRAIN fans want more Quinlan! We need your help to convince Guillermo, Chuck, and Carlton to give it to us. Sign the petition!
