Arizona “Vampire” Gets Probation for Attacking Roommate

And once again a psychotic vampire wannabe makes the news and gives us normal vampire fans a bad name. Sigh.

This time around it’s a crazed bloodthirsty man in Arizona that’s causing the trouble. A few days ago he was sentenced to three years of probation after he was convicted of stabbing a roommate who wouldn’t let him drink his blood. Aaron Homer, 24, was arrested this past October after stabbing his roommate, Robert Maley, 25, in the arm. Maley testified that he had let Homer suck his blood once before, but only because Homer threatened to hurt his ex-girlfriend with a knife.

According to reports, Homer sucked Maley’s blood for two to three minutes that time, then on October 4 Homer was demanding to drink his blood a second time.

“I said no, and he flipped,” Maley told police. “He said, ‘I’m doing it,’ and then boom . . . he stabbed me.”

Maley fled from Homer’s apartment, leaving a trail of real blood in addition to fake blood that Homer and his girlfriend, Amanda Williamson, 21, had spread on the floor, according to the police report.

“They think they are vampires,” said Maley of Homer and Williamson. He then added that the pair are also into paganism. I fail to see what the hell paganism has to do with drinking blood, but he felt the need to throw that in there too.

Homer later admitted to police he stabbed Maley because he was making fun of their religion.

Williamson was booked on false reporting for fabricating stories about the stabbing, Homer was arrested in the stabbing and Maley was arrested on outstanding warrants for probation violations related to his aggravated assault charges and possession of a narcotic.

Yeah, the whole lot are screwed up.

Because of them and those like them, the media are once again blaming the vampire craze for all of this, which of course, drives me in-fucking-sane. Not all vampire fans are morons like these people. I love vampires, I read vampire books, I watch vampire movies and shows, and believe it or not, but I don’t go around stabbing people. Grr.

What do you guys think of this news?

Moonlight (aka Amanda) loves to write about, read about and learn about everything pertaining to vampires. You will most likely find her huddled over a book of vampire folklore with coffee in hand. Touch her coffee and she may bite you (and not in the fun way).
