‘Dance of the Vampires’ – Dancing, Singing Vampires in Paris

Roman Polanski discusses why he’s excited by the Parisian production of his musical “Dance of the Vampires.”

Now, I get that the immediate reaction to this, is “eh? wtf? no. not seeing that. ever.” –But! This is Roman Polanski we’re talking about here. Just because the NY Times thinks it’s garbage, doesn’t mean it isn’t hilarious, fun garbage that we can all get behind and enjoy.

Besides, we’re talking about Roman Polanski here; Fearless Vampire Killers. He’s so campy, it hurts the non-believers to look upon his genius. If you happen to be in Paris, –sure, –and want to see something awesome other than Jim Morrison’s grave, go see Polanski’s dancing vampires.
