Dracula vs. Robin Hood vs. Jekyll & Hyde

After hearing about Mohawk Media’s new comic Dracula vs. Robin Hood vs. Jekyll & Hyde my first reaction was to laugh at the ridiculousness of it, I mean, it does sound bananas. But then I stopped to think about it and a battle between those three legendary characters is actually pretty badass. Who wouldn’t want to read about that?

This new digital comic was written by Chris Bunting and illustrated by JL Czerniawski and Fran Gamboa. Check out the details below!

Legendary characters Dracula, Robin Hood, and Jekyll & Hyde collide in this all-new monthly three-issue comic book series!

When vampires attack an unassuming scientist, they quickly discover that they’ve bitten off far more than even they can chew. Dracula has to intervene, and while it appears that he has a tempting time-travelling deal for Jekyll, the vampire lord soon finds himself in much deeper than he planned. Meanwhile, his adversary has problems of his own when he comes face to face with a legendary outlaw!

“Not only is this mayhem with characters of mythical proportions, but I hope I’ve also succeeded in giving it some depth,” British writer Chris Bunting tells us. “It’s really about identity. Who we are and what makes us that way – even if we’re an undead, an outlaw, or a behemoth.”

“Nothing is quite what it seems in this series, so expect twists and turns – including surprise guest-stars!”

Dracula vs. Robin Hood vs. Jekyll & Hyde #1 is a twenty-page issue, and is available to order now in various digital formats via the Eco Comics store for $1.95.

They definitely have me curious enough to give it a read, plus the artwork looks great which is an added incentive. I’m not a fan of digital comics, but I may put that issue aside to at least give the first issue a look.

What do you guys think? Will you give Dracula vs. Robin Hood vs. Jekyll & Hyde a shot?
