If CW does make a Season 2 soundtrack, what songs from the list above should be on it?

– Moonlight

By Moonlight

Moonlight (aka Amanda) loves to write about, read about and learn about everything pertaining to vampires. You will most likely find her huddled over a book of vampire folklore with coffee in hand. Touch her coffee and she may bite you (and not in the fun way).

  1. The Birthday Massacre – “I Think We’re Alone Now”

That’s already an iconic song moment for the series. And The Birthday Massacre song Happy Birthday from Season 1’s 162 Candles (episode 8) should have been on the first soundtrack.

I admit it: The Birthday Massacre is one of my favorite bands. Regardless, they are a great fit with The Vampire Diaries.
