Sneak Peak at Upcoming Underworld Anime!

That’s right, we now get to see the hot and leathered Selene in anime form. There has been talk about the mysterious Underworld anime series for quite some time now, but no real info on it – until now! At long last we finally have some details!

Coming December 13, 2011 is a Blu-ray box set titled Underworld Trilogy: The Essential Collection and in this collection are the first installments of the saga – Underworld: Extended Cut, Underworld: Evolution, and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans – in addition to two tickets to see the fourth entry of the series, Underworld: Awakening, in theaters when it arrives at the box office starting January 20, 12. But that’s not all! Along with the three films and the tickets there is also an exclusive never-before-seen three-part anime series titled Underworld: Endless War. According to IGN, “the anime series complements the live-action iteration by incorporating the themes of the story and spotlights the characters that we know and love, making it a must-see for fans of the films.”

Check out a sneak peak of the anime below:

Moonlight (aka Amanda) loves to write about, read about and learn about everything pertaining to vampires. You will most likely find her huddled over a book of vampire folklore with coffee in hand. Touch her coffee and she may bite you (and not in the fun way).
