Support HOUSE OF THE GORGON
It’s sad that the aspiring creators have to resort to crowdfunding for this project. A major studio should be tripping over itself to finance it. There’s no accounting for tastes, I guess.
There was a little Hammer Studios flick called THE GORGON. You may have heard of it. Some guys named Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing starred in it. It came out in 1964. HOUSE OF THE GORGON isn’t an official sequel to that film. It isn’t an official Hammer Studios film. Rather it is “in the style” of the classic Hammer flicks. And it is set to star Hammer legends Carolyn Monroe, Martine Beswick, Veronica Carlson, and Christopher Neame. All they need to make the film happen is a measly $64,000, give or take, which really isn’t that much, relatively speaking. If all the fans gave just a little bit, it wouldn’t take long at all to fully fund the project. They’re offering some really cool perks, too: posters (some signed!), DVDs, lobby cards, and even the costumes the stars will be wearing in the film! Man, if I was rich I’d so get ’em all!
Do your duty, Horror geeks! Step up and give till it hurts. Or give just a little, so little that your bank account won’t even feel it. Either way, you’re contributing. HOUSE OF THE GORGON needs us!
