Having been in several “meetings” on Zoom, I can tell you from firsthand experience that there are a lot of glitches, bugs, annoyances, etc. that one must contend with. These are increased proportionately as the number of people participating in the meeting increased.

I can only imagine, then, just what a pain in the ass it was to get together all the surviving cast members of DARK SHADOWS for an online Halloween reunion, yet my mate Ansel Faraj managed it. And when I talk about all the irritations, I mean the ones that *weren’t* seen during the broadcast. Inevitably there were some, though these were relatively few in number and relatively minor. Nowhere near enough to ruin the enjoyment of seeing all these “old friends” gathered together virtually. Especially it was thrilling to see David Henesy, who was the child actor on the show who played several parts throughout the series’ entire run. Mr. Henesy had never put in an appearance at any of the DARK SHADOWS reunions prior to this. Similarly, fans seldom get to see actress Nancy Barrett, who was also involved in the Zoom reunion. There were a few little tricks, but overall the get-together was one big treat for the fans. Here’s hoping they do it again!
