Trailer: “From Dusk Till Dawn” The Series

For those who don’t know, a television version of the cult classic From Dusk Till Dawn is headed for the small screen, helmed by its original creator Robert Rodriguez. Premiering March 11 on El Ray, the series focuses on the hunt for fdtd-series-trailer5_nthe infamous Gecko brothers (played originally by George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino, now by D.J. Cotrona and Zane Holtz) and their crossing paths with the sultry vampiress Satanico Pandemonium (Salma Hayek in the first film, now played by Eiza Gonzalez). The series will also expand on things like Aztec myth (alluded to at the end of the first film, and the second sequel The Hangman’s Daughter).  The series will also feature Don Johnson (as Sheriff Earl McGraw), Wilmer Valderrama (as Don Carlos) and Robert Patrick (as Jacob Fuller, played by Harvey Keitel in the first movie).
