Vlad the Sad: A Coloring Experience

When I was a kid, I got teased because I liked to color. When I say “kid” I should explain that I was past the age where kids are SUPPOSED to color, past the age where it was accepted. It was no longer considered “cool” to do things like that or to believe in Santa Claus. When I tried to explain to my peers that I believed in the SPIRIT of Santa Claus, the Myth as opposed to the myth, little M, they didn’t get it and then teased me for being weird, which I WAS, and am. I had artistic inclinations but not the talent to draw or paint. Coloring allowed me to express those inclinations. Today, coloring books for adults are to be found everywhere and my weirdness is something that non-weird people admire most about me. So there. I outlasted my critics.

As we are speaking of coloring books for adults, might I present to you this offering? VLAD THE SAD PRINCE: A COLORING BOOK FOR ADULTS is inspired not by Bram Stoker’s novel or the many movies spawned from its core concept, but by the real-life atrocities of Vlad Dracula of Wallachia. It’ll only set you back a measly ten bucks. Make Vlad less sad and buy his book!
