Watch Previews of True Blood’s ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’

HBO has released one super intense promo and two sneak peeks of the next episode of True Blood, titled “Somebody That I Used to Know.” Hurray for previews! All of the videos have me excited, a bit hopeful, but also a little nervous. I really hope this episode doesn’t disappoint. Check out the video for yourself and let us know what you think!

Episode description for “Somebody That I Used to Know:

“At Authority headquarters, the Chancellors revel in the afterglow of recent events; Eric gets a message from Godric; Bill is shaken by a distant memory. Helped by Claude and his sisters, Sookie and Jason visit the site of their parents’ deaths, with shocking results. An emotional Luna tries to walk in Sam’s shoes. Hoyt’s new pals bring him a present; Lafayette leads a séance to purge a curse; J.D. ups the stakes of his fight with Alcide.”

So, according to the description and the episode promo, we are in for one very tense and dramatic episode. I’m personally not looking forward to more Authority crazies or to Hoyt’s crap (I totally hate him). I guarantee the “present” Hoyt gets is Jessica. Ugh, it’s going to be so lame. Even though we already have a billion side arcs, I am actually excited about finding out more on Jason and Sookie’s parents. I want to know who the vampire is that killed them. I wonder if it’s a vampire we already know. Hmmm… I am also happy about the whole ifrit thing getting taken care of. While that creature looks badass, I really want Terry to be with Arlene again.

What did you think of the videos?

Moonlight (aka Amanda) loves to write about, read about and learn about everything pertaining to vampires. You will most likely find her huddled over a book of vampire folklore with coffee in hand. Touch her coffee and she may bite you (and not in the fun way).
